Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Roughneck to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Offenbach am Main. This role is fundamental to our operations, requiring individuals who are committed to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. As a Roughneck, you will be an integral part of our crew, assisting in various critical tasks that ensure the smooth and efficient running of our drilling or heavy industrial operations. This is a demanding yet rewarding position for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are eager to contribute to significant projects.
Your daily activities will involve heavy manual labor, operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment, and strictly adhering to all safety protocols. You will work closely with Drillers, Motorhands, and other crew members, learning invaluable skills and gaining experience in complex industrial procedures. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and positioning heavy equipment and materials.
- Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of drilling equipment and other machinery.
- Ensure the worksite is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate various tools and machinery under supervision, following strict safety guidelines.
- Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or potential issues to the driller or supervisor.
- Participate in safety meetings and drills, strictly adhering to all company and industry safety regulations.
- Handle and transfer materials, pipes, and other components to and from the work area.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and supporting fellow crew members.
