This pivotal full-time role focuses on cultivating and nurturing client relationships within rural communities, primarily in the regions surrounding Berlin and Brandenburg. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets in rural areas surrounding Berlin and Brandenburg.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, farms, and community organizations, through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key stakeholders, effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Provide regular market feedback, competitive analysis, and insights on rural market trends to the sales management team.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and administrative paperwork.
  • Represent Career.zycto at relevant local events, trade shows, and community gatherings.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in field sales or business development (minimum 3 years).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned rural territory.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in or selling to the agricultural sector or other rural industries.
  • Existing network or strong familiarity with the rural areas of Brandenburg and surrounding Berlin.
