Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of SaaS solutions for a diverse client portfolio.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, project scopes, and timelines, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Configure SaaS platforms to meet specific client needs, including data migration, integrations, and custom workflows.
- Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Lead client training sessions, creating comprehensive documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client transitions and product feedback.

Required Skills
