As a Commission-Based Sales Agent for Outdoor Promotion, you will be the face of Zuku Fiber, directly engaging potential customers within designated residential and commercial areas in Zimmerman. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell Zuku Fiber’s range of products – high-speed internet, digital TV, and voice services – to new subscribers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to persuade and build rapport with diverse individuals on the spot. You will be expected to work independently, manage your daily sales activities, and consistently meet and exceed sales targets. We are looking for individuals who are not afraid to hit the ground running, who possess a strong work ethic, and who are driven by the opportunity to achieve high earnings through a lucrative commission structure. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door and street-level sales activities in Zimmerman and surrounding areas.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through direct customer engagement and prospecting.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Zuku Fiber products and services.
- Generate leads, qualify potential customers, and close sales effectively.
- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Swahili.
- Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence potential customers.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
- Ability to thrive in an outdoor, field-based sales environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience (6 months+) in direct sales, field marketing, or outdoor promotions.
- Knowledge of Zuku Fiber products/services or experience in the telecommunications industry.
- A minimum of a Form 4 certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new sales strategies and product updates.
