Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression.
  • Actively assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and solutions.
  • Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and other transactions accurately.
  • Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organised retail environment.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organising stock.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer shopping experience.
