Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression.
- Actively assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations and solutions.
- Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process cash, card, and other transactions accurately.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organised retail environment.
- Support inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organising stock.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards.
