Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer proactive assistance with product selection and queries.
- Operate the till and process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and digital payments.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area.
- Replenish stock, ensure products are correctly priced and displayed, and assist with merchandising efforts.
- Promote current offers, loyalty programs, and additional services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock counts and delivery processing.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
