Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and customer orders with attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and visually appealing sales floor and checkout area.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with merchandising, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating complex matters to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high operational standards.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company services to effectively assist customers.
