Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, handling various payment methods.
  • Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, in compliance with company policies.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and recommendations, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock counts.
  • Ensure all security procedures are followed to prevent loss and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
