Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of all products and services offered, staying updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Support promotional activities and special events.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role (minimum 1 year)
