Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions.
