Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory through various channels (cold calling, networking, digital outreach, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of Career.zycto's services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and client information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (1-2 years minimum)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a track record of closing deals
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • A positive attitude and a passion for achieving results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the recruitment, HR, or B2B services industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the local Nottinghamshire business landscape
