Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences for tech products.
- Provide expert product knowledge and conduct compelling demonstrations of various consumer electronics.
- Actively contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tagging merchandise.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends, product releases, and competitive offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex concerns to management.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably with consumer electronics (1 year minimum).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of current technology products (smartphones, laptops, smart home devices, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
