Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, engage them, and assist in identifying their electronic product needs.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, demonstrating features, benefits, and specifications of various electronics.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an appealing and organized store environment, including product merchandising, shelf stocking, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage returns/exchanges professionally and courteously.
- Actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay informed about new product releases, technological advancements, and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Ensure the security of all products on display and report any potential security concerns.
- Foster a positive and welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service-oriented role (minimum 6 months).
- Strong interest and foundational knowledge of consumer electronics (e.g., smartphones, laptops, home entertainment).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
