Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present customized solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop compelling sales collateral and ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment (3+ years).
