Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to effectively present customized recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster client loyalty and repeat business.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or B2B services sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
