Key Responsibilities

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process returns/exchanges in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay informed about current promotions, marketing campaigns, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive shopping environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role, preferably within a chain store.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
