Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and target accounts that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Utilize various sales tools, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms, for lead generation and outreach.
  • Craft and execute personalized email campaigns, make compelling outbound calls, and engage prospects through social media to initiate conversations.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for Career.zycto's solutions and nurturing them through the initial sales stages.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, providing them with detailed pre-call research and context.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine messaging, provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Continuously learn about industry trends, competitor activities, and updates to Career.zycto's product suite to effectively articulate value.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting-booked targets.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions to contribute to overall team success.

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and the sales cycle.

  • Previous experience (6+ months) in a sales development, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) and lead intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT, MEDDPICC, or similar methodologies.
  • Understanding of the technology or software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry landscape.
  • Experience in a commission-based sales environment.
