As a Sales Executive focusing on B2B, Field & Retail Operations, you will be the face of Career.zycto, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client accounts, and ensuring our retail partners are fully supported. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients through targeted outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Conduct regular field visits to client sites and retail partners to provide support, training, and sales optimisation strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
