Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed B2B sales targets within the designated Thorner, Leeds territory.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail partners, overseeing product placement, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Career.zycto’s offerings effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with B2B clients and retail partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent Career.zycto and expand professional networks.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or retail operations.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with diverse clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
