This role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt sales strategies to different client needs, from corporate B2B accounts to individual retail outlets. You will be expected to conduct regular field visits, present compelling solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction from initial contact through to after-sales support. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for B2B, field, and retail sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of retention and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, both in-person and virtually.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, adhering to company guidelines and profitability goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and retail locations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable sales experience in B2B, field, or retail environments.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
