Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Eastleigh market and surrounding areas.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
  • Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers, guiding them through their purchasing decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Generate accurate sales reports and forecasts, contributing to strategic planning.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
