Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide client feedback and market insights.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to close.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
