Job Description
Career.zycto is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our expanding team in a hybrid capacity, serving the Downtown Gainesville area. This pivotal role involves identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing directly to our company’s growth objectives. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, understanding client needs in the recruitment and staffing sector, and presenting tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, both virtually and in-person within the Gainesville market.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, effectively managing leads from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering strategic solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for Career.zycto and our clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities, manage customer data, and generate accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
