Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a remote capacity.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various digital channels (phone, email, video conferencing, social selling, online networking).
  • Conduct compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing value and addressing pain points.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and handover to customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date sales pipeline, activity reports, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, market conditions, and new product developments to identify emergent sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to enhance client satisfaction and optimize sales efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in remote selling, including high proficiency with virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
