Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Participate in retail sales events, promotions, and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in a retail environment (2+ years).
