Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured sales training program, absorbing product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights.
  • Shadow senior sales executives to observe client interactions, presentations, and negotiation strategies.
  • Assist in identifying and researching potential leads and target clients through various channels.
  • Learn to make outbound calls and introductory emails to prospective clients, under guidance.
  • Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  • Actively seek feedback and implement coaching to improve sales performance.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for sales growth and process improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
