Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops provided by the company.
- Learn and understand Career.zycto's products, services, and sales methodologies.
- Shadow experienced sales executives to gain practical insights into client interactions and sales processes.
- Assist in lead generation activities and initial client outreach under supervision.
- Practice and refine communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed training objectives and initial performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies and sales best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
