Job Description

Are you a highly driven and experienced Sales Executive with a passion for luxury and an exceptional track record in high-value sales? Princess Yachts International plc is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our prestigious team in Plymouth, England. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sale of our exquisite range of motor yachts to an affluent global clientele. You will engage with high-net-worth individuals, develop and nurture client relationships, and expertly guide them through the journey of acquiring a Princess yacht. This position requires not only a keen understanding of luxury market dynamics but also an ability to build trust and deliver unparalleled customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key partners globally.
  • Present and demonstrate the full range of Princess Yachts, articulating their unique features, benefits, and craftsmanship.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Attend international boat shows, client events, and networking functions to generate leads and promote the brand.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage client data, track sales activities, and forecast sales pipelines accurately.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and luxury industry developments.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in high-value sales, preferably within the luxury goods sector (e.g., automotive, aviation, real estate).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal abilities.
  • Strong self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the marine or yachting industry.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Mandarin).
  • Understanding of international sales and export processes.
