Job Description

As a Sales Floor Advisor, you will be the face of Courts, providing exceptional service and expert advice to our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect products to meet their needs, from cutting-edge electronics to comfortable home furnishings. This role requires an individual who is not only skilled in sales techniques but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a deep understanding of customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, and staying up-to-date on product knowledge. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate key features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, tagging, and product rotation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience selling home appliances, electronics, or furniture.
- Knowledge of credit and financing options for retail purchases.
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish).
