Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including product displays.
- Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and recommend items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
