Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards across all sales floor areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and logically arranged for optimal customer access.
- Set up and dismantle promotional displays, seasonal features, and special event presentations according to company guidelines.
- Ensure all product signage, price tags, and promotional materials are accurate, current, and clearly displayed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify product trends, best sellers, and areas requiring merchandising focus.
- Conduct regular floor walks to assess merchandising effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist with incoming merchandise, unpacking, ticketing, and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Provide input and feedback on merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar visual role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret and execute visual merchandising plans
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move merchandise regularly
