Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate product placement, pricing, and replenishment on the sales floor.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with stock rotation and transfers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement for maximum sales impact and customer flow.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor, displays, and storage areas.
- Provide feedback on merchandising effectiveness, customer reactions, and competitor activities.
- Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or visual display.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
