Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers in the retail mall environment to promote products.
- Conduct live product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and usage.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all promoted products and current promotions.
- Ensure promotional display areas are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate product information and overcome customer objections effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and brand guidelines during promotional activities.
