Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with prospective customers in the showroom and through digital channels to identify vehicle needs.
  • Present and demonstrate a diverse range of new and pre-owned Toyota vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Conduct test drives, providing comprehensive explanations of vehicle performance and technology.
  • Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing options to achieve mutually beneficial sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, inquiries, and previous customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Toyota products, services, accessories, and competitor offerings.
