Career.zycto is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join our Field Team in Downtown, Kihei. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our innovative HR technology solutions, bringing our vision to businesses across Maui. You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals, primarily through on-site visits and client engagements within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned Kihei territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct compelling on-site presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of Career.zycto's HR technology solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage and update sales activities, client information, and pipeline status accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required to generate leads and promote Career.zycto’s brand.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in B2B field sales or direct sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel within the Kihei area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience selling HR technology, SaaS, or similar B2B solutions.
  • Familiarity with the local business landscape and community in Maui, Hawaii.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
