Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers within The Village Market to introduce and promote various products.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and answering customer queries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a personalized sales approach.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product information, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support when required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer data.
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and organized product display area.
