Job Description

Wisynco Group Limited is seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in May Pen, Clarendon. As a Sales Representative for FMCG products, you will be the face of Wisynco in your assigned territory, responsible for growing our market share, forging strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring optimal product visibility and availability. Your primary goal will be to drive sales volumes for our diverse range of products by identifying customer needs, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals effectively. You will manage existing accounts, actively seek out new business opportunities, and implement promotional strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and distributors within the assigned May Pen territory.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wisynco's market presence and product penetration.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for various FMCG product categories.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers using compelling arguments and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, merchandising standards, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prices, and contracts in accordance with company policies.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent follow-up.
  • Collect and provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, territory analyses, and forecasts as required.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid General Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Prior experience working with distribution networks or retail accounts in Jamaica.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM software.
