Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within the assigned Rockfort, Kingston territory.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, identifying and acquiring new retail accounts to expand market reach.
- Present, promote, and sell FMCG products using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement, merchandising, and competitor activities.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Process orders accurately, ensure timely delivery, and handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client brand managers to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports detailing activities, sales volumes, and market insights.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Established network of contacts within the retail or distribution sector in Kingston.

- Ability to speak Patois fluently.
