Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met and a smooth service delivery.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on progress.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events and networking functions.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a native-level fluency.

- Valid UK driving license and access to a car for client visits.
