Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Present and effectively demonstrate our products/services to prospective and existing clients, highlighting their value.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally 1-2 years, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly resilient with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • High degree of adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and an open mind to new experiences.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in additional languages is a significant asset.
  • Experience working with or serving diverse, international client bases.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the local Windsor, Ontario market and business landscape.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
