While based in Queen Creek, Arizona, this ‘Hiring Globally’ role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively and connect with clients across different time zones. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to our overarching sales strategy. We are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about sales but also possesses a global mindset, excellent communication skills, and the drive to consistently exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities globally through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their talent acquisition challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that articulate Career.zycto's value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure client satisfaction and foster strong relationships.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Represent Career.zycto at virtual industry events and conferences as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
