Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our vibrant team in Vacoas-Phoenix, Mauritius. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, lead generation, and client acquisition within the designated territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs to offer tailored product solutions.
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Represent Career.zycto at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on product promotion or direct sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Creole is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the consumer goods or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with the Vacoas-Phoenix and wider Mauritian market dynamics.
