Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members, identifying areas for development.
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales associates.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
