Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and compile sales reports, presentations, and proposals using various software applications.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information and sales activity.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives.
- Handle inbound client inquiries, provide basic product/service information, and direct complex queries to appropriate sales personnel.
