Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team in Woburn, Toronto. As a pivotal member of our operations, you will be the cornerstone of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and continuous evolution. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and data access.
- Perform declarative development (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes).
- Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and other declarative configurations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for various departments.
- Provide first-line user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering ongoing training to maximize user adoption.
- Manage data quality, de-duplication, and migration efforts to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system performance, perform regular health checks, and implement best practices for platform optimization.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating and implementing relevant functionalities.
- Assist with testing new features, system upgrades, and integrations to ensure smooth deployment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (minimum 3 years).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficiency in declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of standard Salesforce security models and data sharing rules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or JavaScript for minor customizations.
- Experience with third-party integrations with Salesforce.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
