Key Responsibilities
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets to maintain system security and access.
- Perform declarative Salesforce configuration including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, custom objects, and fields.
- Provide first-line support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver comprehensive training sessions.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and security through regular audits, data cleansing activities, and adherence to governance policies.
- Create and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and analytical views for business stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, propose innovative solutions, and implement new Salesforce functionalities.
- Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox refreshes, and deploy changes effectively and with minimal disruption.
Required Skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Proficiency in declarative Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules)
- Experience with data migration and data management tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
