Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all standard Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, public groups, and sharing rules.
  • Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, record types, process builders, and workflow rules.
  • Manage and maintain data quality, integrity, and security across the Salesforce platform, including regular data audits and clean-up.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation to Salesforce end-users, ensuring high user adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, identify process gaps, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage Salesforce releases and upgrades.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, evaluating and implementing new functionalities as appropriate.

Required Skills

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201)
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in declarative Salesforce customization (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, OWD, sharing rules)
  • Experience with data management and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification (ADM211) or Platform App Builder Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud implementations
  • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, or other programmatic Salesforce development
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
