Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and user support.
- Perform user account maintenance, data uploads, and security management.
- Develop and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring optimal system adoption and proficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales, marketing, and service performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across the Salesforce environment.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities, recommending and implementing relevant enhancements.
- Document processes, policies, and configuration settings for knowledge sharing and auditing purposes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities, security models, and data management.
- Experience with declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to train and support end-users.
Preferred Qualifications
