Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and prepare them for their services, ensuring comfort.
- Perform professional hair washing and conditioning treatments as directed by stylists.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shampoo area, styling stations, and overall salon.
- Assist stylists with tasks such as mixing color, preparing treatments, and retrieving tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries politely.
- Ensure towels and capes are clean, folded, and stocked throughout the day.
- Help manage laundry duties and maintain supply inventory.
- Sterilize and sanitize salon tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Support front desk operations when needed, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
