Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions and system specifications.
- Configure SAP modules to meet client business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and system integrity.
- Provide expert consulting and technical guidance to clients on SAP functionalities and optimization strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations to clients.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP Consultant in a relevant module (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, HCM, S/4HANA).
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, integration points, and data migration concepts.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure SAP modules independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) is essential for local client engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in one or more core modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA).
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migration projects.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging and understanding of technical specifications.
- Previous experience working in a consulting environment with diverse clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
